Terms of Service Last updated: February 2026 Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Invisible Touch ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Description of Service Invisible Touch is a crisis communication tool that lets you share your emotional status with a trusted circle of people. The App includes status updates, auto-response messaging, check-in timers, grounding exercises, and companion viewing. Not a Substitute for Professional Care Invisible Touch is not a medical device, therapy tool, or emergency service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. For mental health crises, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Account & Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the App You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account You are responsible for all activity under your account One account per person Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others Share false emergency information Attempt to access another user's data Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App Use the App for any unlawful purpose Subscriptions & Payments Invisible Touch offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro unlocks SMS notifications to circle members who don't have the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store and can be cancelled at any time through your device's Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Resources tab. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, and branding in Invisible Touch are owned by Odd Stack. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Limitation of Liability Invisible Touch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Odd Stack is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed notifications, delayed messages, or service interruptions. Account Deletion You may delete your account at any time from the Resources tab. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data associated with your account will be removed from our servers. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
