Promotes scams or fraudulent schemes
Violates advertising or disclosure requirements
Privacy Violations
Content that:
Violates the privacy rights of others
Shares personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
Reveals private or confidential information without authorization
Stalks or tracks individuals
Conducts unauthorized surveillance
Misinformation and Harmful Health Claims
Content that:
Spreads dangerous medical misinformation
Promotes unproven or harmful health treatments
Discourages vaccination without medical justification

Promotes dangerous conspiracy theories
Undermines public health or safety
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in the following activities:
Platform Violations
Use the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform-specific content policies
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
Create fake engagement or artificially inflate metrics
Service Abuse
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except through our provided API
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
Overload, flood, or spam the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
Commercial Violations
Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission
Use the Service to compete with PostPilot or develop a competing product
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices on the Service
Use the Service for benchmarking or competitive analysis without permission
Scrape or harvest data from the Service
Use the Service in violation of export control laws
